Once upon a time, in the wonderful world of VogueCara Delevingne met Pharrell; and the result was the cutest, coziest, and chicest candid we’ve seen in a while. Lucky for us all, this isn’t a fairytale and photographer David Bailey caught it all on camera for Vogue‘s September issue. [Vogue UK]

After this, we’re convinced that anything is possible. CR Fashion Book‘s haute head Carine Roitfeld pared down its “Seven Ways” styling series by outfitting a model in $9.50 disposable overalls from Home Depot. Really. In the ultimate mix of high-meets-low, she paired the look with metallic boots from Courrèges that run for $430 on the low end. [CR Fashion Book]

It appears that Eva Chen is taking a note from fashion’s most-prominent EIC. The new Lucky magazine lead recruited Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele to style Blake Lively in Gucci for the September cover—the same stylist Anna Wintour assigned to pull together a Christian Lacroix look for her own first Condé Nast creation. [New York Magazine]

For today’s edition of #FlashbackFriday, we take a trip down luxe lane with Architectural Digest as the publication revisits Geoffrey Beene’s Manhattan lair, Liz Claiborne’s luscious St. Barths digs, and Hubert de Givenchy’s decadent dining room. We’ll call this one Lifestyles of the Rich and Fab. [Architectural Digest]

“Divine in Dior.” FGR, we couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Modeling industry icon Natalia Vodianova is following up her 2013 covers for Marie Claire FranceWSJ., and Vogue Italia to have her stark white way with Harper’s Bazaar UK. Heralded by the edition as “fashion royalty” Vodianova poses for Jean-Baptiste Mondino in Raf Simons’ Dior from Fall 2013. [Fashion Gone Rogue]

Stella McCartney‘s designs aren’t just covetable; they’re sustainable too. “My first job is to make desirable, luxurious, beautiful clothing and accessories that women want to buy,” she told Barneys’ The Window blog. “But I will always take the opportunity to use a beautiful organic fabric if I can or be responsible in my choices in some way.” Barneys featured the award-winning designer and her eco-friendly approach on its site in light of adding her collections to its online shop.
